Bonfire was born out of the need by a community of investors who wanted access to “institutional” real estate opportunities but who lacked the bandwidth and expertise to vet them.

We saw an opportunity to source and screen investments that had a mix of appreciation, tax shelter and attractive overall risk-adjusted returns.

We see the current changes in interest rates, debt service, and undercapitalization of projects as a once-in-a-generational opportunity that Bonfire is uniquely posed to capitalize on through carefully selected choices for our investors who gather with us around Bonfire.
